We are currently recruiting for a newly created role as a HR Advisor.

The role of HR Advisor will deliver a proactive, innovative and a dynamic HR service to c250 employees across sites in Glasgow, Greenock, and Dublin.

Reporting into the Liverpool based Head of HR and a key part of the wider people team, the role exists toprovide a creative and business focused HR solution to key stakeholders.

This will be an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to provide generalist and operational HR advice & guidance to support the Clydeport Cluster (including Dublin) in achieving organisational goals.

It will be a hands-on and varied role covering everything from employee relations, policies and procedures to providing advice and guidance in organisational design and analysing HR data.

With the right work ethic and drive you will have the opportunity to progress your career in the role to Senior HR Advisor and even into HR Business partner.

The ability to travel between the Glasgow and Greenock sites (and occasional travel to Dublin) is essential in ensuring you build and develop relationships with leaders, managers and employees in providing world class support and guidance on all HR matters.

Salary up to £35,000 - Hybrid working.
