Purpose_:

Working as part of the Document Automation team, Legal Automation Consultants are responsible for the development of practice facing automation solutions.
They also work to raise awareness and promote the use of Document Automation in the firm and supportthe technical management of associated systems.
Expectations of the role:
- Delivering a firstclass document automation service
- Fostering strong working relationships to enable the identification of innovative automation opportunities
- Design and implement automated document assembly solutions, ensuring these are fully documented and knowledge is shared within the team
- Proactively promote and raise awareness of the firm's world class document automation capability
- Facilitate educational sessions
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements
- Establish relationships with software vendors
- Assess market trends and developments in the legal automation industry
Experience required:
- Experience of working within document automation, within the Legal sector
- An excellent working knowledge of Contract Express
- Advanced Author certification
- Document assembly experience
- Knowledge of change management methods and tools would be preferred
- Familiarity with tools and technologies within the Legal Tech arena

The Team
You will be part of a truly global team, with colleagues in our German, Polish and Hong Kong offices, amongst others.
Your role will be aligned to specific Practice areas, working with them to raise the profile of document automation, and will offer you plenty of learning opportunities as part of a supportive team.
