About the job.
This is an excellent sales and new business development position within an established, growing company based in Purfleet, Essex.

FTS Group is a logistics company that supplies haulage, warehousing, pallet distribution and recruitment services to globalsupply chains and SME's across the UK.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and selling to join our business. You will be working within our Recruitment Business, selling our driving and industrial agency services to new clients.


You will be responsible for generating leads and securing new business, and then smoothly handing the account over to our Operations and Resourcing Team who manage the account thereafter.


  • Source leads and new business.
  • Hit new sales targets.
  • Expanding our driving and industrial recruitment services.
  • Onboarding new accounts with our Operations and Resourcing Team.

Remuneration and Promotion.
This position has a starting salary of £35,000.00 per annum and uncapped commission on total branch profits. You can expect an average total OTE of upwards of £45,000.00.


Our business is opening new offices across the UK in 2023, providing fantastic opportunities for transfers and promotions, and the opportunity to work across the country.


Suitable Applicants.
Applicants must have previous experience in sales and selling, preferably sales within the recruitment industry. You must be someone who is passionate about sales and driven to achieve targets and get results.


As a recruitment agency, working in this business unit of the FTS Group means you will be operating in competitive markets that requires enthusiasm and self-motivation skills.

You must also have great communication and relationship building skills. You musthave a UK driving licence and be willing to travel across territories that you sell within.
