Learning Support Assistant

Location:
South-East Hertfordshire

Full-Time, 5 days per week, Interim position

Salary:
£70 - £85 per day depending on experience

Job Role:

Learning Support Assistants to work in a beautiful primary school based in Waltham Cross, South-East Hertfordshire.

The school currently have several pupils with undiagnosed Autism and require LSA's to provide 1:1 support as well as some general classroom assistance.

Some of the pupils may display signs of challenging behaviour. You will be supported by an amazing leadershipteam including a newly appointed SENCo.

Initially this will be on a long-term basis with the school looking to make the appointment permanent for the following academic year.

The Client:

Our client is a small, 1 form entry Primary School based in South-East Hertfordshire. They have been graded as "good" by Ofsted.

The SEN needs of the students are lower than average with the main needs being ADHD and Behaviour. Some of the students have undiagnosed autism but are going through the EHCP process.
