Job description:

To assist the People Resourcing Manager and the Deputy People Resourcing Manager in the dayto-day organisation and management of the resourcing function.

Proactive day to day monitoring and co-ordination of recruitment activity ensuring that the KPI and daily work targets are achieved.


Ensure that the team comply with NHS Employers Employment Check standards and NHSSLA and progress against compliance is measured regularly.

Day to day supervision of People Resourcing team members. To undertake the recruitment and appraisal of People Resourcing team members.

To deputise for the People Resourcing Manager and Deputy People Resourcing Manager, ensuring necessary daily tasks are completed, including deputising at multidisciplinary team meetings.

Provide general advice to staff and managers on basic terms and conditions, policy, procedure and practice. To provide general support to People Resourcing team in all aspects of the recruitment process e.g. contracts, offer letters, signing, ESR, adverts and pre-employment checks.
