A multi-disciplinary Building Consultancy based in Yorkshire are looking at add an MRICS Building Surveyor to join their Leeds team.


The Building Surveyors role


The Building Surveyor will be working on Commercial projects that range in size up to million pound projects, including hotels, hospitals, heritage buildings, pubs and restaurants, along with working with private and public sector clients.


The role will include providing the full scope of professional services, such as party wall matters, dilapidations, Building Surveys, Project Management, Contract Administration, Specification Writing and Pre and Post Contract Services.


The Building Surveyor

  • Experience carrying out Professional services
  • Technical Building Surveying knowledge
  • Client facing
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Hard working
