Goods In / Goods Out Supervisor - Manufacturing & Engineering - Trafford Park - £24,000 - Temp to Perm

About the Company

The business, a metals-based specialist manufacturer producing and supplying a wide variety of high quality architectural products, operating in a fast-paced environment - producing high-end bespoke orders to tight deadlines, are looking for an individual tojoin the Production Team in this integral role, to take full control of the Goods Inwards/Outward function under the guidance of the Production Supervisor.

Goods In / Goods Out Supervisor - The Rewards

Monday
Friday Days 7am 3pm
Temp-Perm position
24 days holidays plus bank holidays

Goods In / Out Supervisor - Requirements

Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Valid counterbalance forklift truck licence
Ability to work under pressure and to organise the daily workload
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
Ability to work equally as well individually or as part of the wider production team

Goods In / Out Supervisor - Responsibilities

Receiving materials from suppliers/ subcontractors, including visual inspection and processing of delivery paperwork.
Packing of irregular sized pallets.
Despatching of goods to customers and subcontractors, including processing of associated paperwork.
Maintaining a well organised, clean and tidy environment.
Assisting in other production duties as and when required.
