Finance Assistant
Wynsdale Environmental is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our team in Faversham.
This role will include purchase and sales ledger work, credit control, direct debits, customer service dealing with queries and resolving issues.
Some typical tasks would include:
- Recording and allocating payments.
- Managing direct debit records through Go Cardless.
- Raising invoices.
- Credit control.
- Inputting bills.
- Processing company fuel card receipts and expense card receipts.
- Dealing with accounts queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assisting the Finance Manager as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent time management skills and working to deadlines.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision as a team player, and be self motivated.
- Produce accurate and clear work via data entry.
- Experience of working with Quickbooks would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
- Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics based CRM would be useful.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- A willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
The role is office based. Due to the location of the business, own transport would be an advantage.
