The Role:


The core responsibilities of this role will be to process the monthly bill run accurately, along with monitoring profitability of accounts, generating a monthly commissions report and working closely with our Sales Team.


Your time will be spent on various day to day duties, some of these duties include - loading contracts, managing high spend alerts, providing reports to internal and external customers, and investigating any billing anomalies.


Interacting and communicating with our clients and other departments within Dataquest is also a vital part of the role, along with working together with your team members to build on current processes and integrate new products and services.


  • Experience of working in a Telecoms Billing Analyst role is essential with an understanding of Mobiles and Telephony services
  • Tekton Billing Platform knowledge (Not essential but an advantage)
  • You should already be proficient in Excel and whilst not essential, experience of databases and SQL, or any other coding experience is an advantage.
  • You can demonstrate an understanding of CDR data, call rates and call classes.
  • You will be an excellent team player with a proactive mindset, and a passion for working together as a team to achieve goals.
  • Good prioritisation skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (whether written or verbal) with an understanding of how to deliver outstanding customer service to our clients.
