Senior Associate that specialises in Commercial Property Law for our client based in
Peterborough.

This is a hands on role where the successful hire will hit the ground running with a full caseload & supervision requirements of junior lawyers & paralegals.
They should be confident in all aspects of commercial property law, acting for a wide variety of landed estate owner and developer clients.
Over time we would expect them to develop their own network & practice to build their career with us towards partnership.
We are looking for an experienced solicitor (6 years + PQE) to join our busy Real Estate department working on commercial real estate matters, specifically strategic land and development work.
You will have your own portfolio of varied, high quality transactions and liaise closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver excellent client service.
In addition to strong technical skills, you will also demonstrate an enthusiasm for understanding our clients' businesses as there will be significant client contact, to deliver client work and grow our client base through pro-active business development.
You will also be confident to supervise more junior members of our team.
Required:
- 6+PQE in commercial property work experience gained in a good commercial law firm
- Must be willing to work hybrid
- Will have acted for a wide variety of landed estate owner and developer clients
- Confidence to work independently on a broad range of matters
- You will display a keen interest and enthusiasm to work with colleagues across the firm to ensure we deliver excellent client service.
- Experience of supervising & developing junior lawyers & paralegals
- Relevant degree needed
