We are looking for someone to supervise and run production.


Your Job:

Hands on & setting machines

Understanding CAD Drawings and dimensions

Lead the day-to-day production whist overseeing the whole production process making sure it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Monitoring quality, and overall standards of the Production department.

Taking responsibility for the factory's maintenance of machinery.

Reduce expenses where possible and increase productivity across all product lines.

Maintaining hygienic conditions for both employees and the factory itself

Implementing all the company's procedures and policies

Communicating any problems or obstacles to senior management

Implementing safety, health, environment and quality requirements


The ideal person for this role will have:

Working Hours : 35 Hours per week ( Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm )

Pay:
From £14.25 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
