Our client is currently looking for a skilled IT Technician to maintain their IT infrastructure whilst being able to confidently support the day to day running of end users.


This role for someone looking for a challenge and wanting to continually grow their skill set in a faced paced, developing organisation within the fibre optics space.


Responsibilities for the IT Technician:


  • End user support insuring accuracy
  • Suggest enhancements to existing IT infrastructure
  • Asset management of hardware/software equipment
  • Network installation, configuration and maintenance
  • Accurate diagnosis of faults and rectification
  • Identifying when to escalate complex queries
  • Elevated level of customer service to internal customers

Experience required for the IT Technician:

  • MS Office 365 Administration
  • ITIL preferable
  • Relevant experience/qualification in computer science or relevant courses (CompTIA)
  • Adhere to IT governance and processes
  • Clean UK driving license
