Multitask Personnel are working with an established independent merchant of the highest quality aggregate materials to businesses and projects throughout Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and North Lincolnshire.


We're looking for a sales co-ordinator/account manager to develop and manage new client accounts based at their head office in Maltby.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for maintaining and updating the lead generation system
  • Follow up and provide detailed updates on all tender and live projects
  • Follow up and provide detailed updates on current and prospect customers
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide quotations in a timely manner
  • Secure new customers and orders
  • Trade within the market and reprice work where they may be uncompetitive
  • Gain market intelligence and add to the existing database
  • Seek and establish market knowledge, competitor activity, customer activity and action in line with commercial policy
  • Provide solutions for customers using internal and external sources
  • Complete all sales admin tasks designated by line manager
  • Share joint responsibility in ensuring the client is renowned as _The_ most customerfocused building materials supplier in the UK
  • Have proven previous sales experience
  • Be happy making outbound calls to warm leads on the database
  • Be IT and numeracy literate
  • Have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of the team
  • Be resilient on sales
Salary range is £25-£27k depending on experience, fantastic scope for progression within the company.
