combination of homeworking and

c ore base at Regional Office, but with travel to other KPMG offices and other locations as required.

  • Detailed understanding of UK pensions legislations with proven experience of working in the UK Pensions industry including all aspects of DC and DB pensions;
  • Knowledge of current market trends in pension design, operation and governance;
  • Experience of advising firms on all aspects of pension management and working with Trustees and Pension Providers.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to drive forward and manage strategic and advisory projects
An experienced senior manager is required to lead, as Head of Pensions, the KPMG UK Pension offering.

Core duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Developing overall Pension design and strategy
  • Operational day to day overseeing team paying monthly contributions to providers;
  • Leading and developing the members of the KPMG UK Pension team;
  • Advising the CFO on pension matters;
  • Dealing with member queries and resolving issues;
  • Supporting People Function and Employment Law teams on ad hoc project work, including TUPE activity;
  • Supporting Global Mobility and Colleagues during secondments;
  • Assistance on pension matters with recruitment including supporting senior hires;
  • Understanding ongoing work on legacy schemes and being the firm's main contact with the trustees;
  • Monitoring the daytoday performance of the Pension Providers ensuring that they delivering to agreed service levels;
  • Managing ongoing communication and education/awareness campaigns;
  • Supporting People function teams on a range of adhoc employee matters.
