We are working with an affordable housing provider to assist them with their search for a Supported Housing Officer on a permanent basis in the Bournemouth area.


As a Supported Housing Officer, you'll use your knowledge and skills to provide a comprehensive and effective housing management service for residents in designated supported housing properties including HMO's, housing blocks and standalone properties, managedby the organisation.


It's an intensive and varied housing management role where you'll be dealing with a range of tenancy management and lettings tasks including referrals, occupancy breaches, health and safety audits and managing anti-social behaviour.

You'll be part of a small team reporting to the Housing Services Manager,
