Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
- Assist customers with product information and pricing
- Up sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Salary:
From £23,925.80 per year
