Lincolnshire County Council has an exciting opportunity for 3 Practice Supervisors to lead and manage Childrens Health teams in East Lindsey North, West Lindsey East and North Kesteven.

About The Role

The revised Healthy Child Programme is Public Health Nurse led and we are seeking interest from those who have a vision of how the changes can be applied in practice to ensure impact and secure improved outcomes.

The Practice Supervisor will work alongside and support integration with our wider Children's Services colleagues in Social Care, Early Help and Early Years, to ensure the population in Lincolnshire receive timely and appropriate intervention from the most appropriate source.
