About the Role
We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our IT function at Bionical Emas. You will join the Manager in supporting EAP with the management and building of their portal. Working closely with the EAP team you will support the execution of their projects from a systems perspective.
This role will provide support and training within Salesforce and allow individuals to be part of an innovative and supportive company.

- Centralise the management of the EAP Portal
- Be the internal point person for support and questions on the EAP Portal
- Build and amend projects in the portal for the Project Manager to complete their reviews
- Be involved in the internal implementation of EAP Portal updates, including training, documentation development and SOP updates, UAT Testing
- Coordinate with internal resources to deliver outstanding client experience and service throughout the lifecycle of every program
- Active management of stakeholders to ensure all deadlines are met
- Escalate any issues to the EAP Systems Manager and Salesforce Analyst
- Take part in internal meetings and report support issues and development progress to the EAP Systems Manager
- Capture all feedback from stakeholders on improving the EAP Portal
- Create and deliver against program specific KPIs and account relationship development objectives
- Support the development of industry leading systems and processes to ensure successful program set up and delivery
- Work to exclusively benefit current and future patients
What will you need to succeed?
- In depth knowledge Early Access Programs would be advantageous
- Demonstrated commitment to patient access to critical treatments
- Knowledge of GDP, PV, GCP and EAP regulations
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Effective presentation skills, relationship building and networking skills
- Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
- Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Sets the highest personal standards
- Previous experience or understanding of Salesforce would be advantageous
