Quarrybank Boutique Bathrooms - Cheshire's unique bathroom showroom in the heart of Wilmslow and an award winning business with Trustmark recognition.


We are seeking a Junior Sales/Bathroom Designer to assist and influence our growing client base and support our Director in generating leads, converting sales and designing inspirational bathroom spaces.


The role:


As a Junior Bathroom Sales Designer you will work closely with the Director to ensure smooth client's processes, from converting leads, through to 3D design and execution.

You will be responsible for overseeing the whole process until you are ready to take on the full account handling.

You will be also involved in day to day running of the showroom, processing bathroom orders and handling deliveries.


You will become a crucial part of the business with an enormous opportunity to learn and develop in the KBB industry.


Working alongside our creative Director, will give you the opportunity to progress in your career and become an experienced bathroom designer with enhanced skills and creative attitude.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create and maintain a loyal customer base through a continuous proactive approach, building rapport with customers and generating new and repeat business
  • Assist on surveys where possible
  • Learn the process of creating a dream bathroom vision and room plans on Virtual World and managing the end to end sales journey for customers, putting their wants and needs at the forefront
  • Learn invoicing and ordering software and follow up on deliveries
  • Learn bathroom products through a training from well known bathroom suppliers
  • Assist in developing new displays in the showroom
  • Deepen your knowledge of tiles and patterns
  • Liaising with the company assistant in allocating online appointment for home surveys and installation dates
  • Liasing with the installation team to ensure service standards of installers and installations are maintained at the required levels.
  • Work with the suppliers to identify new products and training requirements across the business.
  • Promoting the showroom using creative ways on social media and marketing materials

A thorough training will be offered but you will have to be eager to learn with a pro-active, can-do attitude.

You'll enjoy working collaboratively with a dedicated focus on driving results, whilst being committed to acting with integrity and honesty in everything you do.


Required skills and competencies:


  • You will be well presented and take pride in your appearance
  • You will have worked in customerfacing roles previously
  • You have a knowledge/qualifications in relevant areas (e.g. art/design or business)
  • You will be organised and able to multitask
  • You have an interest in homes and home improvement/interior design
  • Clean driving licence and a car

Pay:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
