Administrator/Customer Service Advisor


Location:
Caerphilly


Salary:
£11.44 per hour


Hours:
Full time. Monday - Friday 8am-4pm/9am-5pm/10am-6pm (flexible that after 6 months you may be asked to would work 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm on rare one off occasions but these particular shift would be working from home)


Here at The Recruitment Co, we are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to work for a company based in Caerphilly on a Temporary ongoing contract.


Main job roles

  • Making sure their order is in place.
  • Handling order requests
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints then closing support tickets
  • Maintaining a database of customer information
  • Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
  • Checking product or service availability
  • Assisting customers with registration or account creation
  • Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organisation's offerings

Required experience

  • Proficient in English both oral and written
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, MS Word, Outlook)
  • Previous office experience is essential
