A long established manufacturing company based in Sittingbourne are recruiting a
Production Engineer on a permanent basis to join their friendly team.

The role will be to manufacture and assemble bespoke equipment as per the company's quality specification and manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities will include:

Receive workorders and interpret instructions
Operation of CNC router (no experience required)
Manufacture goods as per worksheet instructions
Assemble products
Use of computer
Use of lathe, mill machines and hand tools.

Ideally you will be from an engineering background and have the knowledge of how to various hand tools and operate machines such as lathe, mill, or CNC router.

You will be working 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm, Friday finish at 3:30pm with 30 minutes for lunch.

Salary:
£23,500 p/a + company benefits.
