We have a great opportunity for a
Click & Collect Assistant to join our team us in **Bootle

As a valued member of the team, you will be assisting our customers with their collection and drop off requirements.

You will meet different people each day and see some regular faces too so building rapport is key

Do not worry if you don't know much about tools, we will train you across our Hire product range and offer learning and development opportunities to progress from within

HSS is driven by technology:

this means we are keen to make your role easier and quicker, with the help of our company issued mobile phones and brand-new app technology.

Overall, your main duties will be to:

Starting the day with a tea or coffee and a can-do attitude, you will check the system to see what collections and drop-offs are scheduled for the day
You will check over equipment making sure it is good to go to customers, popping it in a designated area for easy access when the customer arrives
You will keep the system updated logging the equipment out and in
You will ensure every customer has a great hire experience, demonstrating your great customer service skills
