A Personal Injury Solicitor opportunity has arisen at this Top 100 Law Firm's Cardiff office. This Firm is looking for an ambitious Solicitor with experience in litigation to join their growing Group Actions team.

The large team have an emphasis upon delivering a high level of specialist advice in multiple areas such as respiratory illness related claims, Asbestos related claims, hearing loss for military personnel and complex group litigation.

Key Criteria:

You will be a Solicitor (NQ 4 years PQE).
You will be a very keen litigator, understanding the tactics and strategy required to litigate successfully.
Your experience will include challenging Multi Track Claims.
Experience of managing a busy, mixed caseload.
Solid experience of case preparation, conducting legal research and of legal drafting.
You will demonstrate a highquality level of technical expertise.
You will be commercially minded.
Willingness to partake of business development opportunities.
