Job Description:
Part-Time Marketing Executive


Position:
Part-Time Marketing Executive (2 days per week/15 hours per week)


Responsibilities:


Create LinkedIn Posts:

Develop and implement a LinkedIn content strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Craft compelling and relevant posts that align with the company's messaging and target audience.

Monitor and respond to comments and interactions on LinkedIn to nurture customer relationships.


Deal with Exhibition Graphics:

Ensure all exhibition materials align with the company's branding guidelines and convey key messages effectively. This will also include populating online portals and exhibitor guides.


Website Maintenance:

Maintain and update the company's website with fresh and relevant content.

Monitor website performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience and SEO.


Create Informative Documents for Distribution to Customers:
Design informative documents such as brochures, whitepapers, and product catalogues for distribution to customers.

Ensure the documents are visually appealing, engaging, and align with the company's branding.


Create Case Studies to be Uploaded to the Website:
Work closely with the sales and product teams to gather data and information for creating impactful case studies. This may also include liaising with suppliers to access pictures and possibly even conducting site visits to get content.

Design visually appealing case study materials that showcase successful customer stories.


Create Graphics for Internal Requirements:

Assist various departments within the company with graphic design needs, such as presentations, internal communications, and marketing collateral.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in graphic design and creating engaging visual content.
  • Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and experience in social media marketing.
  • Knowledge of website management and content management systems (CMS).
  • Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • A keen interest in marketing strategies and staying up to date with industry trends.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 15 per week


Salary:
£11.00-£12.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Leicester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
