Product Owner - Up to £55,000 per annum DOE - Fully Remote - Wakefield

My client is a technology partner dedicated to making sense of big, complex web, mobile and software development.

Having designed and built well over 100 digital products, their expertise lies in website, app and software development, that's tailor-made to suit our clients' unique challenges.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives:

Ability to lead major projects (i.e. full time/dedicated PM), "turn around" troubled projects, or handle multiple mid-size projects simultaneously
Creating a future solution and leading on its technical design
Converting business requirements into clear specifications
Running customer, stakeholder and user workshops
Creating system specifications
Creating and maintaining accurate Epics, User Stories and acceptance criteria
Creating release plans and feature road-maps

Managing the backlog refinement process with the development team

Ensuring all assets are estimated, prioritised and approved by the team and customer before work begins
Working collaboratively with the customer and team to prioritise work and control the scope
Working collaboratively with the Delivery Manager to respond to changes
Avoiding risks and issues, and working with the team to quickly resolve them

Essentials:

At least 3-4 years experience in a similar role
Must be certified as a Product Owner (qualifications for PO, like CSPO) (This is a must)
Problem-solving and an analytical mind
Curious, with a desire to learn and ask questions
Excellent grammar and spelling
Strong time management and organisational skills
Clear and confident communicator to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Positive and motivational attitude

Desirables:

Massive bonus if you have agency or Health-Tech/Health-Care
Focused experience gathering experience gathering product and user requirements with the client and users.
