Akkodis is currently recruiting for a Construction Project Manager, to join our prestigious client in Milton Keynes on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Role:
Construction Project Manager

Duration: 12 Months

Rate:
£39,000 - £46,000 per annum

Location:
Milton Keynes / London

Please note for this role it would be advantageous for you to have central government experience and hold and SC clearance.

However this is not essential.

Mandatory Experience Required:

Prince 2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, ISEB Certificate in Project Management or equivalent
Managed major construction projects from inception to completion
Applied project management methodologies in project design, development and implementation
Specific domain understanding and experience, in terms of the operation, maintenance and deployment of using NEC3/4, GC works, FIDIC contracts and documentation in procuring construction
Health and Safety knowledge and experience in construction and CDM2015 regulations
MS Project or equivalent project planning tool experience

Must be a British Citizen with eligibility for, or already holding SC level clearance
