We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant for a Manufacturer and distributor of fresh food products in the Barnsley area.


Responsibilities of the Administration Assistant,

  • Working in a busy office environment.
  • Making computer posting to Sales and Purchase ledgers
  • Assisting the buyer with record keeping and traceability records
  • Dealing with customers collections and site visitors
  • Assisting with the distribution of monthly statements
  • General filing and copying

Requirements of the Administration Assistant,

  • Attention to detail.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Good accuracy and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to target.
  • PC literate.
