We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant for a Manufacturer and distributor of fresh food products in the Barnsley area.
Responsibilities of the Administration Assistant,
- Working in a busy office environment.
- Making computer posting to Sales and Purchase ledgers
- Assisting the buyer with record keeping and traceability records
- Dealing with customers collections and site visitors
- Assisting with the distribution of monthly statements
- General filing and copying
Requirements of the Administration Assistant,
- Attention to detail.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Good accuracy and organisational skills.
- Ability to work to target.
- PC literate.
