Income Officer

Salary:
£35,287 - £37,880 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

Job Type:
Full-time, Permanent

Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Income team, where you will help to deliver first class service to support tenants and other customers.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure that income is maximised and support recovery action.
Undertake all activities in line with income streams.
Follow various processes, ensuring statutory timescales are achieved.
Contribute to and support strategies aimed at ensuring the department is effectively managed.
Ensure accurate tenancy records are maintained.

About you:

Can you demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills?
Are you able to build trust whilst displaying commitment and care to our customers?
Are you a person that has a proactive interest in exploring, seeking out new information, and solutions within a situation?
Do you have basic Maths and English skills?
