• Previous experience in care essential
• Ability to provide personal care with respect and preservation of dignity
• Can communicate well and is adaptable to communication needs of service users
• Ability to teach essential life skills and promote independence
• Will have a fantastic sense of humour and excellent organisational skills
• Someone who seeks to build a meaningful, professional relationships with service users and other members of the team
• Has the energy to participate in activities and ability to engage service user in meaningful activities within the community
• Min IELTS score 5.5 if requiring UK visa sponsorship
