TRC Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a number of Production Operatives for a hugely successful manufacturing company located in Hay-on-Wye, on a full time, temporary basis.

No experience needed as full training will be given in all roles.

Monday - Friday each week on a 2 week rotation as below:

Week 1: Monday
Thursday: 05:50am -14:00pm Friday: 05:50am
13:10pm:

Week 2: Monday

Thursday: 13:50pm 22:00pm Friday: 13:00 20:20pm

Good numeracy and literacy skills
Ability to work as part of a team
The ability to complete tasks under strict health and safety GMP requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to complete batch documentation right first time
Ability to work to tight deadlines and achieve required output targets
A selfmotivator
Adaptable and flexible, and reliable
