Birmingham has a portfolio of circa 60,000 social housing units and this is your opportunity to play a part in looking after the maintenance, investment and safety of these properties.


As a key part of a small but busy Capital Investment team, you will provide clerical support to technical officers in a range of admin/clerical duties.

You must be confident and competent in the use of IT, analysing performance data, inputting onto Northgate and Apex database, interrogating and reporting from our systems; other duties may include assisting with recruitment and audit tasks, progress tracking and chasing, following processes and dealing with tenants, contractors and others in various roles and circumstances so your excellent communication and customer care skills are really important to us and our tenants.
