Digital Learning Officer, joining a Global Charity.

Head office is based in Central London, though are offering remote working, with 1 day a week in the Central London Office.

It's an exciting time to join the Learning and Development team, having recently launched a new people strategy and digital learning will be instrumental to achieving their ambitious goals.

As the Digital Learning Officer, you will lead on developing and maximising the use of digital learning.

It's a varied role, and you will take the lead on three main areas:
Managing the LMS system and assessing and improving its usage. Creating and designing e-learning materials. Reporting on the activities to drive the development of the digital learning.

Managing the learning management system (Moodle/Totara).
Design creative digital learning solutions and supporting people across the organisation to create digital learning course.
Create content for global advisors as required, such as course content, templates, competition certs.
Handle training requested and lead on learning consultations.
Supporting internal stakeholder, global advisors with technical support and training as required
Produce guidelines and training for new systems implemented.
Research and investigate software related to elearning training, systems, platforms.
