The Role

We are seeking an experienced individual to join the Direct Supply Chain team in a key administrative support role.


The administrator supports the supply chain team with a range of administrative and support duties including raising and managing purchase orders through to suppliers, tracking inbound deliveries and ensuring receipt, monitoring and reporting, and supporting work on projects.

You must have excellent administrative and organisational skills, with strong IT proficiency using Outlook, Teams, Excel and Powerpoint. You should be comfortable with hybrid home/office working within a small, busy team delivering a critical function. Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, procurement or similar team would be advantageous.


This role is Key to the Business supporting the Supply Chain team on managing the End to End Supply Chain across the TalkTalk Group.

To be an effective supply chain coordinator, you will need to be a good communicator, confident in liaising with external suppliers and internal teams.

You will also need good numerical skills and an eye for detail.

Here are the required personal qualities and skills to succeed in the role:

  • Previous experience in a supply chain or procurement is beneficial
  • Good level of proven admin skills
  • Data and Reporting literacy, able to create reports
  • MS Office competency, particularly Outlook, Excel, Teams and Powerpoint
  • Good interpersonal skills, especially to be able to communicate externally with suppliers and internally with colleagues

Team Support


Support the rest of the Supply Chain team in delivering the best possible customer experience and financial results, and offer assistance to other areas of the business, driving opportunities and efficiencies from better controls, integration and/or visibility.

This could include supporting the communications from internal stakeholders on supply chain queries, stock availability, stuck orders and 3PL related questions.
