If so, this could be the ideal role for you, where you can add real value to our Master Vendor solution within the Supply Chain team.
The Supply Chain Controller will support the team by liaising with internal and external agencies and assisting with staffing shortages for clinical staff across roles such as: Consultants, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals.
Every day you will
- Attend meetings regarding current rota gaps, long term booking requests and current contracts due to go live
- Manage the process from release of vacancies to tiered agencies to contract ending, including providing support where necessary on using the VMS
- Be part of supplier engagement meetings to ensure that any issues are highlighted and dealt with by the Head of Master Vendor Support and the Project Coordinators/Account Managers
- Share best practice within the MV support team, supporting the other team members

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have
- Previous experience working in agency recruitment either in a resourcing, supply chain coordination or compliance role. Experience of MSP or VMS coordination would be desirable
- Experience working with suppliers, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Healthcare market
- The ability to work in a fast pace environment, with a selfmotivated, resilient, and driven attitude
