Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule livestream broadcasts on the TikTok platform, coordinating with content creators, influencers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
Set up and configure livestreaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and other necessary accessories, to ensure highquality broadcasts.
Monitor livestream broadcasts in realtime, managing technical aspects such as audio and video quality, stream stability, and connectivity issues.
Engage with viewers during livestreams, responding to comments, questions, and interactions to foster a lively and interactive community experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to integrate product promotions, giveaways, and other marketing initiatives into livestream broadcasts.
Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during livestreams, implementing solutions quickly to minimize disruptions to the broadcast.
Analyze livestream performance metrics, including viewership, engagement, and audience demographics, to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about TikTok livestreaming trends, features, and best practices, incorporating new strategies and techniques to optimize livestream performance

Qualifications:

Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously during livestream broadcasts.
Detailoriented with a focus on maintaining highquality livestreams and resolving technical issues promptly.
Creativity and innovation in developing engaging livestream content ideas and formats to captivate audiences.
