Acorn by Synergie is working in partnership with Honeywell in Yeovil, Somerset and have opportunities for a Semi-Skilled Diaphragms Operatives to work on full-time basis starting as soon as possible.

Start Sunday night at 10:00pm and Finish at 07:00am Monday
Tuesday 00:00am to 07:00am
Wednesday 00:00am to 07:00am
Thursday 00:00am to 07:00am
Friday 00:00am to 07:00am

Pay:
£ per hour

The role will involve Semi-Skilled Diaphragms Operatives of Aerospace Equipment, the position holds the following responsibilities:

Vac-blast, mill, clean, prep, and reactivate diaphragm components within a fix-process environment
Have a high level of manual dexterity required due to the size and complexity of product
Working in clean room standard environment, and following all PPE requirements

OCQ

Operator Control of Quality
To achieve ontime delivery and to work is completed to the required standard
Interpreting engineering drawings, following the process layout and documentation procedures
Working effectively in a lean environment
Knowledge of mechanical assembly/fitting/testing/machining
High standard of health & safety
Adhering to company processes & procedures
Working in a customerfocused environment and achieving targets
Working with Designers and Engineers
