Staffpower Group are currently recruiting for a client in Gateshead who are looking to appoint a Shop Floor Team Leader. They are experts in high volume metal pressings and assemblies.

The role:

  • To act as the first line management in the organisation and running the assigned press zone. You will be reporting to the Senior Manufacturing and Health & Safety Controller.


We are looking for someone who is a good team player, with the ability to uphold the company policy on Quality, Health & Safety, Productivity, Conduct, and Housekeeping.


Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week working a 2 shift pattern

Monday to Thursday

Days 6:30am - 4:30pm

Backs 12:30pm - 10:30pm
£13.13 per hour including shift allowance.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm


Salary:
From £13.13 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
