ROLE

  • Lead the credit control team across the group. Have full and complete understanding of all policies, processes and procedures,
  • Motivate and provide support to the credit control team.
  • Work closely with key departments including the operations team.
  • Work with Account Managers and individuals to ensure debts are kept to a minimum.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date customer details and account records
  • Chase and collect overdue payments
  • Use initiative to achieve targeted results, while promoting customer goodwill
  • Suggest adjustments to company spreadsheets/databases, handle basic queries and assist in resolving any payment issue

  • Processing and allocating, unallocated payments as required
