Admin Assistant

We are looking for additional business administrators to join our busy Support Services Team.

What can you expect?


You'll be working in an environment where, although you will have regular tasks, no two days are the same and multi-tasking is the norm.


Areas of Work
The work is fast-paced and can be varied.

The team plays a vital role in the running of the business and as such staff are trained to be multi-skilled.

You could be involved in any of the following:

  • Finance e.g. bookkeeping, cash handling and payroll (using a payroll agency)
  • Support services for our front line staff
  • Purchasing
  • IT support
  • Document procedures
  • Supplier and customer liaison
  • Services and facilities
  • Projects
  • Health and safety
  • HR administration, staff recruitment and training
  • Business operations, administration and company related activities
  • Management information
