An exciting opportunity has arisen in Manchester for a Property Manager with our well-established clients, they are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their thriving team.

Working hours:

As a Property Manager, you'll be required to work Monday - Friday 9:30 am-5:30 pm

The successful Property Manager will be offered:

Basic Salary £20,000 -£24,000
OTE £26,000

To be considered for the Property Manager role you must have:

Property Management experience
Able to manage workload
Highly organised
Motivated and driven
Full UK Driver's license
Work well in a team as well as independently
Motivated

As a Property Manager, your role will involve the following:

Process reported maintenance repairs, monitor reports
Seek Landlord approval and coordinate maintenance repairs
Chasing invoices and managing landlord debts
Liaising with local authorities for building repairs
Arranging checkouts and renewals with tenants
Serving notices
Dealing with the company's developments
