Your new company:

Our client is a c£10m turnover manufacturing business predominantly in the aerospace industry.

This company's primary aim is to reduce operational costs for it's customers by reducing all forms of waste from the composites supply chain.

Our client is going through an exciting period of growth and is currently expanding its network to the US.

They are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to work closely with the Head of Operations to provide commercial insights and analysis.

How you'll spend your time_:
_

Analyse and present financial information in a format that allows senior management to fully understand business performance
Partner with departmental leaders and support their financial analysis needs
Lead the monthly reporting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis of performance versus budget and forecast
Using the financial information, recommend improvements to senior management that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and increased operational efficiencies
Take the lead for the budget setting process, working alongside departmental leaders to set their financial targets for the year
Produce and maintain a longer term financial model
Appraise business cases to support new investment or new customer contracts
Review existing processes and procedures and identify opportunities for development
