Our client is a thriving Case Management Company, registered with CQC, working in the Medico-Legal sector, supporting and advocating for children and adults who have sustained a catastrophic injury and/or serious injuries, such as acquired/traumatic brain injury,birth injury, spinal injury, amputee, limb loss, and polytrauma across London and the Southeast.
The company is expanding and require a qualified professional (Nurse, OT, Social Worker,) with experience in serious brain, and/or spinal injury to join theirestablished and dynamic multi-disciplinary team.
Overview of role:
The Case Manager is responsible for meeting each of their client's individual needs from assessing immediate needs, and rehabilitation needs, identifying care and support services, recruiting and managing care packages, and supporting the client through thelitigation process to working in collaboration with the legal team and insurers.
A Case Manager builds a caseload of clients and can work with these individuals and their families for several years.
Case Management is a collaborative, challenging, yet extremelyrewarding and varied role. This is a self-employed role.Who this job would suit:
A qualified OT, Social Worker, or Nurse with either previous experience within case management or looking for an opportunity to work in this sector.
This is a client-facing role so you must be a people person, have an engaging personality, be extremely resilient,and be tenacious.
As you will be managing your own caseload, you must be organised and confident in working independently. Driver with own car is essential due to travel commitments (travel time/mileage costs covered)What's great about this job:
