Responsibilities

  • Take leadership on developing new products and fund launches across the full product lifecycle from initial idea to implementation.
  • Project manage new fund launches/fund changes, liaising with other business functions (e.g. Legal, Compliance, Operations etc.)
  • Engage with key decision makers including Heads of Distribution and investors.
  • Proactively support junior team members working on product launches and change projects.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in product development, ideally 5+ years.
  • Specialist fixed income product knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of UK & European fund regulation (e.g. MIFIF, Money Market Fund Regulation, ESG related regulation).
  • Solid understanding of UK/Irish/European fund structures covering UCITS and AIFS.
  • Confident communicator and ability to influence senior internal stakeholders
