Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Dedicated Training Program
Central London
24k Base, 45K OTE + Excellent Benefits

Key responsibilities:

Work closely with an experienced team
Complete our inhouse training program
Develop a strong knowledge of the technology sector, understanding the different sectors within it and where opportunities lie
Identify business opportunities and share with the Business Development Team
Progress into a 360 role

Key objectives

Complete Our inhouse training program
Achieve revenue targets on a monthly and annual basis
Meet required performance objectives in line with development criteria
Develop a sound understanding of the sales sector and the requirements within roles

Highly driven with a clear plan for their career
Recent degree with previous sales/commercial experience
Personable, comfortable with people and able to 'lead a room' in conversation
Selfaware seeks to understand more about themselves and how they operate
Understands how to communicate, comfortable speaking to senior people and not intimidated by success
