The Role:


  • The main responsibility of this role is to negotiate the sale of New Homes properties (on and off plan).
  • Completing daily duties such as registering applicants, booking and conducting viewings and negotiating offers to complete the deal, ensuring the deal is successfully completed to achieve performance targets.

About you:


  • You will have 2+ year's experience selling New Homes (either onsite or across a portfolio)
  • You will have a proven track record of New Homes sales.
  • You will have a resilient and confident attitude and be a cando person
