AV Lead

Cambridge salary up to £45,000 A No 1 provider of integrated audio visual communication systems with a Commitment to excellence in engineering and technical support. Due to continued success and growth are seeking to recruit a Technical AV Lead to masnage all operational activiy at theclient site As Technical Lead you will be first point of contact to the client for all day to day operational issues to ensure users are fully supported and any faults attended to and responded to within the SLA

"Technical AV Lead"


The Role:
Responsible for ensuring all faults are resolved and equipment schedules are managed

This is a stand alone role where you will have full responsibility to manage and take ownership

of any fault escalaed to 2nd line through to resolution

Technical lead will ensure any requests for "whiteGlove" services to key meetings are facilitated and executed without fail to set up process

Provide maintenance services for all conference room technical systems including projectors

VC and Audio conferencing equipment and infrastructure

Will have the ability to work in a very high pacde and dynamic environment

Will have extensive experience in crestron Zoom and polycom and experience on multiple operating system platforms (Windows and Mac)

Will hace excellent customer relations skills and enjoy working directly with end users

Benefits Working Monday -Friday 9 hour day (1 hour lunch break)

  • 3% pension contribution (after 3 months probation period)
  • 23 days holiday in first year (holiday years rising after length
of service January to December) to 25 during 3rd year
