Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for endusers
- Provide technical assistance for network connectivity problems, including VPN and wireless connections
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Assist with user account management in Active Directory
- Conduct software installations and updates using SCCM or similar tools
Experience:
- Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/10)
- Familiarity with Mac OS X
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components
- Working knowledge of Active Directory for user account management

£179.41 per day
