We are looking for a pro-active, hands-on administrator who wants all of the above. This role will involve the administration of training courses, namely registering delegates on the LMS system as well as this you will be responsible for;

Ordering course materials.
IT Support on LMS & Teams
Administration of all training courses (coursebooker, Joining Instructions, enquiries, update of tracker and attendance at meetings)
Communicate with delegates regarding courses and accommodation.
Working collaboratively with venues to ensure training rooms are set up and accommodation is booked.
Work with internal teams on scheduling.

We're looking for someone who has a hands on, pro-active attitude and experience within administration. The key to being successful with this role is being highly organised with a real attention to detail.
