About The Role:

Shift: 7pm - 7.30am

Salary:
£16.38 p/h, overtime at £20.47 p/h

Location:
Alconbury, PE28 4YA

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Senior Section Leader to join our brand new facility opening in Alconbury this month

As a Senior Section Leader you will supervise all products, staff and haulage within the warehouse.

The supervision team will manage all the haulage to customers, working alongside the WMS and embracing all the changes our new system and facility will bring to our business.

You will also assist the manager in delivering an effective and efficient operation against daily and weekly targets and plans.

You will perform an active role in delivering an effective, efficient picking and despatch operation on a day to day basis and will be a champion on the shop floor for all things Health & Safety.

About You:

Previous experience within a supervisory/ team leading role within Fresh Produce / Food Production / FMCG environment is essential
Experience in operating within a KPI's driven structure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Up to date MHE certificate (Counter Balance, Flexi, Reach or PPT) is essential

AM FRESH employs around 500 people and around 250 agency staff a day operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a 4o4o shift pattern.
