Facilities Contract Administrator -Facilities Management - St Albans, Hertfordshire
Your new employer is looking for an experienced Contract Support Administrator, like you, to join their friendly engineering operations team to support their Senior Account Manager with the career progression to be trained up to become a Contract Manager level within the next 12-18 months


This company is well established Facilities Management company who in recent years, have grown to become a respected construction and engineering solution provider.

They have a high-profile portfolio of commercial properties in London and surrounding areas.


Your New Role:


  • Raising a job record and progressing that record through its various stages, chasing for completion within SLA's through to financial closure.
  • Invoicing for quoted works and projects.
  • Ensure that all operational SLA's and KPI's targets are met and understood within the helpdesk team
  • Compile end of month statistic financial and KPI report for the monthly client report including WIP, Invoicing and Debt reports etc
  • Raising purchase orders for both materials and subcontracted services as required.
  • Administration, development and adherence of operational processes, procedures and CAFM system
  • Attend regular site visits with the Senior Account Manager, across London Zones 2
